ROGENIXX REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Research Use Only
All products sold by RogeNixx are intended strictly for laboratory and research purposes. Products are not for human or animal consumption, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use, and not classified as drugs, food, or cosmetics. By purchasing, you confirm you are a qualified researcher or institution and accept these terms.

Refund Eligibility
We accept refund or replacement requests within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging (where applicable).
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is provided.

Non-Refundable Items
Due to the nature of research chemicals, the following are not eligible for refund:

  • Opened, used, or unsealed products.
  • Products damaged through improper storage or handling after delivery.
  • Items returned without prior authorization.
  • Sale or clearance items marked final.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at info@rogenixx.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. Approved cases will receive a replacement or refund.

Return Process

  1. Email info@rogenixx.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) and return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving your RA. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
  4. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the error was ours.

Restocking Fee
Approved returns of non-defective items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of our receiving and inspecting the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipment for a full refund. Once shipped, the standard return policy applies.

Disputes
We are committed to resolving issues directly. Please contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so we can resolve your concern promptly. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may delay resolution.
